Dress your best- Upper Body

It is extremely important to know your body type well to understand what cuts and styles of clothing would suit you the best. Since we aren't fully aware of this, most times we think "this dress looks so nice on that model, why doesn't it look the same on me?" Well that's because we haven't quite understood our body shape and what would and wouldn't flatter our body. 
In this post i have only focused on the upper body. Here i won't be talking about the different body shapes i.e triangular, rectangular, round,etc, and how to dress according to your body shape. Instead i have focused on particular problem areas that an individual may have for example, fat arms and how to overcome them.

I did a bit of research of my own, asked a couple of people and came to this conclusion. Hopefully this will help all you readers. Enjoy :)


Necklines


                       
SHORT NECKS
LONG NECKS

TRY: 5,6,8,11,12,14

TRY: 1,2,3,4,5,10,15

AVOID: 3,4,10,13

AVOID: 8,14

Deep necks are highly recommended as
it gives an illusion of a longer neck

Keep away from deep necks,
you don't want to have a giraffe’s neck
                                                         
                                                       
Sleeves






BULKY
THIN
SLENDOR

TRY:
For bulky upper arms: 3,6,7,8,10
For bulky arms: 1,3,6,7,8,9,10

TRY: 3,4,5,8,9,10,12

TRY: 1,2,4,8,10


AVOID:  2,4,11

AVOID:  1,8,10

AVOID: 10

Tight sleeves are not an option as it will make your arms appear bigger.

Skin hugging sleeves will make your arms look thinner.

All styles will look great but these are a must try.
