JEANS

Problem Area: Midsection


Try: 
-Mid-waist, straight cut jeans to cover the flab
-Stiff denim


Avoid:
-Bold buttons or embellishments on the front pocket











Problem Area: Short Legs

Try:
-Bootleg jeans with high heels which do not sweep the ground

Avoid:
-Extremely long jeans
-Jeans which a cuffed or folded at the bottom











Problem Area: Skinny Legs and Small Butt


Try:
-Denim with zippers or detailing at the hips and upper thighs
-Detailed back pockets to enhance your backside

Avoid:
-Boyfriend cuts
-Back pockets that are too large. They may overwhelm a smaller butt











Problem Area: Bulky Thighs 



Try:
-Dark skinny jeans or skinny jeans which have a darker shade on the upper half
-Flared jeans which will balance out your proportions and drawing more attention to the bottom

Avoid:
-Skinny jeans which are ligther on top and darker at the bottom
-Flares which are faded at the thighs




SKIRTS

Problem Area: Thick Waist 

Try:
-Wear long and full skirts or short skirts to draw more attention to your legs.

Avoid:
-Skirts with any embellishments around the middle, as these will draw attention to the waist.










Problem Area: Short Figure/ Flabby Stomach

Try:
-Tapered straight (slim) skirts and A-line skirts  Length should be around the knee
-Pencil skirts
-If you have shapely legs, a shorter skirt can make them seem longer

Avoid:
-Stiff A-lines as they can make you appear squat.
-Skirts that are too long or too short, they can make you appear even shorter









Problem Area: Flat Bottom/ Boy-ish Figure


Try:
-Wear Lycra fabrics, tight skirts, and bias-cut skirts.
-Concerned that your legs are too skinny, wear a long skirt with a slit to increase the leg appeal
-Pleating is good for slim hips 
-A small waist can be given added attention by the use of a wide belt
