Time seems to be fleeting away faster every year.
Just a year ago I was sitting on my couch, in Bombay, watching Masterchef Australia and being spellbound by the Australian Tourism ads. Fast forward to January 2016, I'm on the Great Ocean Road, on my way to see something I've only dreamt of.

As I was busy anticipating the shoot amongst the magnificent Apostles, I completely ignored the thought of the 10 hour journey ahead. For me, road trips have always been a convenient way of catching on sleep, especially when you have a 6 am wake up call. But not when I'm surrounded by the unforeseen splendor of the Great Ocean Road. Then it's goodbye sleep, and hello zombie me! And I will admit, the sleep deprivation was totally worth it. Never have I ever seen crazy, never-ending forests before. Nor have I seen a beautiful countryside of lush fields of green and brown, or winding roads along the roaring sea. Oh and how could I forget, Kangroos! I saw so many, dead and alive. It was mind boggling! It really was.

We tried to capture the beauty around us, but trust me the real thing is just something else. This experience taught me an important lesson rather blatantly: The journey is just as beautiful as the destination.
